The U.S. Department of Agriculture brings us this database of plants in the United States. The PLANTS Database provides a single source of standardized information about plants.  PLANTS provides standardized plant names, symbols, and other plant attribute information.

 

Rise and Set

A part of the Old Farmer's Almanac site.  Use to calculate the sun and moon rise and set times.  Can be done for any United States town or city.  Search by zip code or city name and date. Dates may range from 1970 to 2020.  Also has information on the rise and set times of other planets in our solar system.
